Nuvo Dépar, our very first house, will be the doorway to restoring Springfields peace and lowered crime rates by exchanging poverty for middle class by providing affordable luxury houses. Houses built by East Homes will never feature vinyl siding, fake window shutters, exposed cement foundations, front-mounted meters, and will have restrictive covenants in place to ensure future owners do not ruin the charm or aesthetics of our houses. This includes the use of mixed temperatures of light bulbs, and obscure style changes in decorative attributes. This is for the owners and neighbors own good in an age of severe cognitive decline.
Nuvo Dépar is a part of the Springfield Charm Collection by East Homes and will be one of the smallest houses in the collection as it is experimental to budget and economy. Featuring three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a laundry room, cape styled second floor, and one-room basement. This house will feature the full luxury of other houses in the collection. All houses by East Homes feature a storm shelter, fire sprinklers, and wheelchair accessible doorways. Nuvo Dépar is the concept house for Springfields next golden era.
