Julien Johnson


Julien met Cody through a mutual friend in 2020 with a common interest in trading cryptocurrency. They traded together and eventually spent a year building a trading bot. With interest in making income and considering ways outside of crypto as well, Cody was able to get Julien onboard the real estate brokerage he was developing for his father. When Cody decided to create a real estate development business of his own, he needed a partner to help it come to life. He sold Julien future membership interest and East Homes was born weeks later.
