East Homes was created in 2025 by Cody Osten Griffin, born in Springfield Massachusetts.
Co-founded by Julien Johnson, made possible by Allen Murray.

Cody Griffin, son of Zed Griffin of West Meadow Homes Inc., grew up on the job site helping his father. With a natural love for architectural design, he began drawing a countless amount of houses with the hopes of someday building his very own. Fast forward to 2025, after a significant career of real estate marketing, Allen Murray being one of his clients, he created East Homes. With MGM Springfield casino moved into Springfield and some repair to the city, he figured it was the perfect time to start building. Even with Cody's love for his fathers houses, seeing the new age of construction consisting of vinyl and plastic, he wished building still had the materials and charm they used to. Seeing enough vinyl and traditional New England styled housing prompted Cody to bring back proper housing constructed of stones and metals.
